The Life of God is Found in the Inner Man

He says the inward man is renewed day by day, while the outward man is temporary and limited. He contrasts this with a carnal mindset that relies on natural effort, and he teaches that the life of Jesus is revealed as the old self is put aside and the inner life is strengthened.
